They know that the boss/employer effectively has all power about their life. One decision and a freshly scripted slowlaner may just be a few weeks away from living on street, because rental houses are the most common for slowlaners.

For entry-level jobbers, life often looks sad if they just have one asset, and that asset is limited and controlled not by oneself!

Why do people who love their bosses fall into slow lane by default? Why are they asskisserrs to you?

This is a broken model. Many people who love their bosses aren’t kissing a$$ - their bosses and their jobs are a vehicle to where they ultimately want to be.

This sort of generalized thinking will hurt you and others OP

How can you ever have employees if the ones that love you as a boss are always asskissers? Or always stupid? How can you rally a team around you to create a kick a$$ business if anyone who follows you is, by default, an asskissing idiot who doesn’t understand wealth or achievement?

How can you find a job where your boss is your mentor and guide, if you think that people who love their boss are always sycophants?

This is called a generalization and it will deteriorate your options as you try to progress.

Sorry, I did not express myself good.

What I originally meant was:
No,
just some of them are, but (the text underline won't go away in mobile editor, sorry) many of them subconsciously wish being the boss himself and that's human nature for slowlaners: They usually do not like superior people. A psychological property. But I would not mind much, as long as they do their JOB.

Fastlane mindset: Superior people allow me to develope myself.

@Vigilante I just websearched, that "PC" means "politically correct".

But I just have a side question: If I replied directly to your auto-replied post (by quoting it) instead of any other post, what bad thing would have happened?

I'm trying to remember where MJ's books say Fastlane people are superior to slowlane people?

Maybe not mentioned explicitly, but it makes the impression.

Fastlane people usually read books and make self-improvement, so there are superior in a way. Slowlaners are people with inferior long-term life quality.. But that does not make slowlaners bad people!

It is actually the opposite: Fastlaners often rely on many slowlaners simultaneously. Imagine, Google had no employees. These employees are slowlaners, if this is not mistaken.

Admitting: That post was a bit arrogant. But is this forum not the place for it?.

Bashing on the people that hopefully one day will rely on you as a business owner I don't believe is the best mindset to be in. Arrogance has no place anywhere :)

For perspective, most early employees at Google (the first 100 employees ,definitely) are Fastlaners, both in mindset and their net worth.

Do you. If arrogance is your thing, ok. Just know that arrogance, too, also comes at a cost.

With entrepreneurial mindset, learning lessons is vital.
Alright, this way my daily lesson then, the arrogancy should be retreated.

Thank you.

Just one more question:
Doesn't Samsung bash onto Apple all the time?
Or am I mistaken?

I'm going to close this thread for now as I'm just not seeing any value add in it
