Hello Fastlaners,

I have been on the forums for a long time now, a very beautiful place for entrepreneurs and people looking for mentors and soo much of free knowledge ever where you look around. I would thank everyone who has been interacting with me and providing me soo much help constantly in here without asking anything in return.

Like everybody else even I have huge dreams, one of them is to be my own boss someday. Right now I have a 9-5 job which is helping me pay my debts and I believe that will go on for next 3 years considering the huge amount. However, my ambitions were growing every day for the past 6 months and which forced me to start my own Fitness blog.

Why a Fitness Blog:
I have been into sports and fitness industry for almost 7 years now, gained so much experience in this field that I would like to give back a share of my knowledge to the community. I will be giving out workout programs and diet plans to my subscribers since my blog is based on a model where the content is available only to those who subscribe. Second product would be giving out premium content to the subscribers who would buy a subscription.

This sounds like a slow lane:

The reason behind starting a blog is that I have closely monitored the niche or the market I want to get into. The successful people started from 0. That one thing they had in common was fan base. They had buyers even before they had their product in their mind.

Progress & Future Plans:
95% of the blog and design is completed. The subscription model has been installed on my.
*will start writing content this week,
*Looking forward to posting content regularly on my social media accounts.
*Steadily build trust among people and provide them my main products which will surely add value to their lives.

I would really appreciate advice from the gurus in here. My plan is to start with a blog educate people, build some trust, while I save some money to introduce my products to followers.

Note: My blog is hosted on wordpress.org any suggestion regarding SEO will help me a lot.

Great. So you are one among billions.

What makes your workout programme and diet plans different than the trillions of alternatives that I can find within one minute via google? Why should I subscribe to your blog?

*Steadily build trust among people and provide them with my main products which will surely add value to their lives.
So I assume you already have your product done? Why wait then? Throw it out there and let the market decide if it provides value or not.

My plan is to start with a blog educate people, build some trust, while I save some money to introduce my products to followers.
That is a poor plan. How are you going to achieve that? What do you do differently than the enormous competition? How are you going to provide value? The internet is filled with fitness blogs. I doubt that you really offer unique content.

The bottom line is this: The fitness niche is super competitive. I don't see any plan how you are going to stand out from the masses. It seems like your only plan is to start a blog, create some content, cross fingers and hope for the best. That won't work.

P.S. I see you are based in India. Are you targeting the Indian audience? That would be some way to narrow done your niche and set yourself apart from at least some fitness blogs. I lived in India a few years back and it would have been great to have a nutrition plan to achieve goal X based on indian food/ingredients, for example.

Thank you for your time and attention. I have answered your questions below. Btw, where were you in India?

What makes your workout programme and diet plans different than the trillions of alternatives that I can find within one minute via google? Why should I subscribe to your blog?

Results without supplements. Yes, the pharmaceutical companies and trainers have made it look like "It's impossible without fat burners and l-carnitine etc., to lose weight, in short, they made it sound like you need supplements to gain or lose weight. I always opposed this. I tested it on my self with the knowledge I have gained with experimenting on my self and reading the best books out there, and the results really impressed my friends.

Later couple of people approached me for my help. I closely listened to them and after a little counseling, I convinced them for no supplement workout. There were on a four-week program and the results were just amazing. Now I have a few regular clients who are loving my work.

So I assume you already have your product done? Why wait then? Throw it out there and let the market decide if it provides value or not.

Yes, the product is ready. I need to start writing these nutrition guides and workout plans and just press the PUBLISH button.

I agree right now my plan about educating people, building a follower base might sound little absurd. But, to achieve my goals and show people that if the workout is done the way you can achieve better goals, I gained weight so that I can show my progress to the people. I have been through these fitness blogs most of them don't provide useful information. It's either promoting their sponsor or just some guide which they are not sure if it would provide any result.

Most of the models providing workout programs on Instagram are already built they take lots of supplements fat burners to look the way they are and misguiding people to do the same and leading them to risk their organs (lost couple of friends so far due to supplements). So subscribing me they get free workout and nutrition plans and they will get to watch my transformation.

The bottom line is this: The fitness niche is super competitive. I don't see any plan how you are going to stand out from the masses. It seems like your only plan is to start a blog, create some content, cross fingers and hope for the best. That won't work.

I agree fitness niche is very competitive. The plan is to show people how I transform my body. Meanwhile, I will be releasing workout plans for free to the general audience. I'm sure word of mouth is a very powerful tool.

Yes Im targetting Indian audience. I agree with you the main reason for Indian to not have a good physique is the diet and all the heavy ingredients used in our foods. So, I will be mainly focusing on the nutrition and will be providing people with tailored diets and recording their progress and feature them on my blog.[/QUOTE]

Results, results & information for free. I tested the knowledge on my self and the results were overwhelming. The transformation I made in 6 months was far better than the transformation I made in 2 years of continuous training. This happened because the trainers didn't possess the knowledge.

Later couple of people approached me for my help. I closely listened to them and after a little counseling, I convinced them for no supplement workout. They were on a four-week program and the results were just amazing. Now I have a few regular clients who are loving my wrokout programs.

Just to take my level a little further, I quit my gym two month back and gained weight so that my followers can closely follow how I transform.

I agree right now my plan about educating people, building a follower base might sound little absurd. But, to achieve my goals and show people that if the workout is done the right way you can achieve better goals, I gained weight so that I can show my progress to the people. I have been through these fitness blogs most of them don't provide useful information. It's either promoting their sponsor or just some guide which they are not sure if it would provide any result.

With that said I'm sure I can come up with various topics to write about and plenty of exercises I can give out freely without keeping the so called secrets for my self.

The bottom line is this: The fitness niche is super competitive. I don't see any plan how you are going to stand out from the masses. It seems like your only plan is to start a blog, create some content, cross fingers and hope for the best. That won't work.
