No, I'm not using the exact same lead magnet (they are not generic but industry specific).

Ebooks used to work well but nowadays nobody wants them. What's working well for me right now are calculators, quizzes and online assessments

Buy a Yelp Scraper or Google Maps Scraper. If you can't buy one that does what you need, then hire someone to build one for a few hundred.

Then buy an email hunter bot that goes to websites and searches for email addresses on about pages.

No need to have manual "scrapers".

- How do you create those lead magnets ? I mean, what plugin/tool you use?

- At the end of the calculator, quizz, online assessments, you say something like "Put your mail adress below to see the results" ?

And others questions for your next video :

- Did you create a new agency website and a new name for this specific business? Or do you use the same website you use for your other business ?

- For your previous business, you found new clients only by DM, cold calls and cold emails or also with facebook ads and Adword?

- Do you use "we" instead of "I" and others methos to appear bigger ?

- You said that you need 6 clients to get your 3KMRR so you charge ~ 700$ (with the taxes)/mo each. Do you have only one price on your proposal or more with options ? (like in the free book "Breaking the time barrier")
I ask this question because your German friend closed a 15K$ deal, following your advices. Did he charge for like 18 months or did he offers something else more valuable ?

I have both a Yelp and Google Maps Scraper. The problem with these are that I only am targeting Medspas that are getting the most organic search traffic since what I am offering is something that helps them with conversion (which is of little value if they aren't already getting traffic). Also, I'm looking to get the owner's name (this is very important). If I send direct mails just addressed to the business, the front office/secretary will get them, open them and decide what to do with them...

Yes, automated email scraping tools could be helpful. However, I think the highest quality emails are those from the owner where you have to "dig" a little more since these are not filtered through secretaries and fewer marketers are hitting them up. Less noise = higher chance of responding. For the time being I'm not going to pursue email outreach.

Calculated that it costs me between $1.43 and $2.23 to send out one direct mail piece (depending on if letter or bubble mailer)
