How can I not worry so much?

Hello,

Last year I started my little business and it works, but I have a lot problems with anxiety and worry.
Because I was underage I had some problems using ebay, paypal etc.

Well the problems are solved but I still always get a little shock when I open my gmail and got a mail from paypal or ebay.
Same with the normal mail. I got letters from the government to pay tax. Nothing bad, but I was shocked instantly.

Just now as I write this I got a phone call. The number looked like the number a guy from the government called me a few days ago for tax. (It was a normal conversation, he didnt wanted to harm me or anything).
I freezed and considered if I should answer the phone. Turns out it was my mom.

When I see that a customer wrote me I worry before even opening his/her mail. What could have gone wrong? Is the shippment lost? Is my product not working? Will he give me a bad feedback?

Thoughts running throug my head before I even know whats up. When I open its mostly something normal questions like if I could sent him the bill again per mail or smth.

But he wrote smth like my products is not working I get this fear again. I dont even know what i fear. Well sometimes its a lot of money involved, but no problem I couldnt solve if I think about it.

Is this just because I am inexperienced? Any suggestions how I could control my feelings?
