I run a small business that sells decals and stickers in a very specific niche. If I talk to you on Skype then you already all about it. Up until 20 minutes ago I used BigCartel, It's good to start off with but it's very limited. Very few templates, it's too simple, doesn't keep track of revenue etc.
I've been looking for an alternative and have come across a lot, Shopify, GoDaddy, etc. There $30 per month starting price is a little to much for me at this point. I found Volusion and signed up for a demo account and am instantly hooked. The functionality that it offers is absolutely insane and allows me to scale my business a lot more and automate a lot of things.
Has anyone ever used them for long periods of times, how's there support? If you run an eCommerce business and are just starting out though I'd defiantly check them out. They're a fairly reputable company and I can already tell I'm going to like them and will most likely use them for all eCommerce projects I pursue from here on out.
