The second paragraph is right on. MJ mentions stuff about which business you should consider (like an LLC), but I don't remember anything being mentioned about looking out for other technicalities. Before getting serious with a business, make sure to consider these/other legal stuff and find out if you need them. Simply looking into this stuff could SERIOUSLY prevent MAJOR problems that could be irreversible.

I realize some of these also may be unnecessary or costly, but just a heads up.
