A couple of months back I purchased an Affiliate website that needed traffic on flippa. The site was very appealing to look at. It was also built on a WordPress platform so I knew it would be very easy to use. So I bought it. I figured I would use it as a small income producing asset and learn SEO in the process... However I was wrong. I cannot even use amazons affiliate program in my state lol. I think I am going to just sell it cheap and cut my losses.

If anyone is interested let me know I will work something out with you. not If use my mistake as a lesson and make sure you check your state regulations before you purchase a website lol.
