For a while now I have been kicking about starting my own business, and I finally have the resources lined up to kickstart this -- but I need your help in the execution.

For a while now I have been kicking about starting my own business, and I finally have the resources lined up to kickstart this -- but I need your help in the execution.
- Business: Company will re-sell Products b2b and in all 50 states.
- Business will be conducted via phone, in-person and via the web.
- Start-up located in Ohio in a home office to start then office space as we grow with eventual satellite offices anywhere.
- All products will be drop-shipped.
- Business Structure:
- Before I joined this site, I was advised to register an S-Corp in Nevada which I did and I now have a FEIN. Is this a good fit for the type of business?
- Government Licenses:
- I know I need a re-seller's certificate (tax exemption cert) so I dont pay taxes on items I am re-selling. But for what State? NV or OH?
- Or do I need to one for all states where my clients will be located?
- Do I need any other official licenses to start selling?
- Employee:
- I will start with 2 employees -- myself and one other individual. Should I hire him as an employee or as an indepent contractor (1099)?
