Should I publish my books in every country on KDP (Amazon) or just english speaking countries. Just curious. I don't think it hurts to have in all, but I may be wrong.

Also I want to publish my book on the Nook (Barnes and Noble) is this a bad idea?

Lastly, are there other major sites/companies I should publish my book on? (Not apple iBooks)
