Looking for some other ideas from you guys that cannot get me in trouble, but are creatively annoying. We have a bit of a battle going here for fun, and I am down to my final idea.

Turn your cell phone on it loudest settings and have someone call you every hour or so.

Ruffle through a bag of candy or chips or something with a nice loud plastic bag.

Type extra hard on the keyboard.

SLUUURRP your coffee.

Enjoy!

Record little sound bites to replace the default sounds on your computer.

Open a file, the computer starts coughing.

Close a file, the computer farts.

Stuff like that.

If they leave their desk "unguarded", go into Word, and set an autocorrect.

Whenever they type the word "a", have it autocorrect to "aaaaaaaaaaaaaa".

This should drive them nuts trying to "unstick" the "a" key.

:smilielol:OMG. I'm ROFL. What on earth do you do that you could blare the Hamster Dance Song for an hour???

I can't see doing the auto-correct thing to a co-worker, but I'll definitely do it to one of my husband's computers! You're bringing out my inner adolescent.

rawr- I will have to wait until he is away from his desk longer

andviv- not rotton, brownie reshaped and stink spray from a website. I know, the humor is very base, but I think it will be worth it.

Oh...I've done some bad ones in my life.

I left a hand-made beef stick on the floor in the men's room.
Add a little melted chocolate bar and a wet wad of TP, and see how long before someone complains.

Another time, my boss wanted me to set up his wife (GF at the time).
He's a practical joker and had dropped a girl's name a couple times in front of her.
When she asked who she was, he said "Oh...no one.", so the hook was set.

I left a girl's picture on her desk, along with an open condom (with flavored creamer in it.)
I wrote a little note about "Thanks for last night! Here are a couple things to remember me by." and signed it with "her" name.

After the boss's GF returned from lunch, I heard her yell, "Who the hell was in here!?!"

I said, "I don't remember her name, but she said she had something confidential for [Bill]. I told her to put it on your desk. Why?"

I walked in her office, looked surprised, and then stuck my finger in the creamer, licked it, and said "Don't worry. I don't think it's real."

By now, everyone in the office was doubled over with laughter. It was one of my best pranks.

I don't know if you watch "The Office" but they had one trick that was pretty ingenious.

Jim was slowly putting weights in Dwight's phone weekly. Then he took out all the weights one day and called him. Dwight picked up the phone quickly and hit himself in the head.

We used to have fun with tacky tack. It's the stuff you use to put posters on college dorm walls. You can use it to temporarily "glue" down any object.

Just put some on their phone handle. They'll lift the whole phone when it rings.
Put some on the phone handle and the phone itself, on the mouse, bottom of the keyboard. Put in on their pens and all the stuff inside the desk drawers. etc...

I order two. looks awesome. The only drawback is, I printed the reciept and it did not come out before I left, and my coworker stayed after me. I hope it just did not print at all so he did not find it. We shall see.

annoyatron has been successfully installed. Will keep you updated.

As far as the blank screen goes, when he discovered the aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa trick, I had to come clean because he was about to call the company help desk for help. Once it was discovered it was me, a coworker revealed that trick to him as one that was pulled on her.

another idea I am working on is plugging an fm transmitter into the headset port of my computer, and then planting a small radio in his area, similar to the idea behind the annoyatron, but I control the content and the frequency. I just have to find my old fm transmitter.

beeping has been noticed, and blamed on the copier. I will attempt to place number 2 today to redirect his direction so the help desk does not get a call.

There might be enough space in his keyboard or mouse. :idx:
