Half way through your book and saw you have bad neck pain still. Since your words are really helping me to this point I thought I'd try to maybe help you. I used to suffer from back pain. I tried everything. Last year I started practicing something called egoscue. The difference is night and day. You can google it and YouTube it to find out more. I'm also going to be doing a post on it with videos of my friend doing several positions. Hope you have luck with it!
