Hey, I am new here, but not new to IM and making money online!
Here is a straight forward principle you can use to make some money online/offline buying cheap services and selling them for a profit else where!
This is a very simple method;
You will need a Paypal account for accepting payments.
Some sales skills (or a good sales letter)
Good customer service skills
Some spare time
And about $100 for testing and setting up shop.
Lets get started;
1) Find a NEED; Try to think of something a business would find useful, i.e more targeted traffic to their website, logo for their website, business card/branding, custom FB / twitter page + followings, simple website done that promote a service or product ... it can be anything in the world... so long as it's useful to the person buying it.
Places you can use to come up with ideas; answers.yahoo.com, blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f43-buy-sell-services/, warriorforum.com/warriors-hire/, fiverr.com
2) You have found some interesting things that you think customers would find useful, now you have to do some tests to make sure the system is quick, the quality of the work is good (and so you can use the work you get as samples to show of to potential clients).
3) Go out to local business, contact them via phone and arrange a meeting, join a forum and sell the service there (consider investing in a nice sales copy - if you are not good at writing... and see what the popular service providers are doing and copy it - not word for word... but the general things like give away discounted reviews to get the thread going .... answer any questions promptly etc.) Maybe have a website made for you, you can find free themes shared on black hat forums...or buy the theme - normally cost around $20-50. If you do launch a website, consider buying PPC ads via Google adwords and or bing. They normally have free coupons for new users.
Simple principle that can generate you $50-100+ per day doing no more than 1 hour's work (dealing with customers and outsourcing/delivering the work).
Its not a exact step by step, but that was not the intention of this thread. You can research these things in more detail to get the most out of this quick guide.
