Does anyone here have any experience investing in agricultural real estate?

I am interested in adding some real estate to my portfolio in the next year, given the low mortgage rates and the Fed's love affair with the printing press. Agriculture is hot, and probably going to get a lot hotter, so it has my attention. I'm not a farmer, and expect I would make an agreement with a local farmer or management firm to work the land if I pick some up. Anyone have any experience with this type of investing and able to share some knowledge? Thanks!
