Hey,
A few hours ago I had a friend over, and we decided to go outside and set a paper plate on fire (snow is everywhere, so it was safe).
I originally did it as a stupid dare, but it turned out to be an incredibly magical experience. Words can't describe how truly awesome it was to watch the flame start off as nothing, and watch it engulf the few plates. The silence, freshness and crispness of the night air, combined with the crackling of the "wood" was one of the most amazing things I have ever experienced.
My question is;
Does anyone know of a job/career involving setting controlled fires, or the study or observation of fire? (I would do this part-time or as a volunteer in conjunction with my RE, poker, and paper asset investing)
The only thing I can think of is back burning, but I believe that is part of firefighting.
