We create energy paradoxically by relaxing to whatever we're experiencing
1. Relaxing is innate and it is natural and most effortless ability
2. Flow state is all about relaxing to the challenge
3. Speeding up, acceleration and productivity is only possible when you're relaxed
We relax through activities such as meditation, cold showers, journaling, but activities are overrated
The best way to relax is to work on your goal, realize you can pull out any feeling anywhere by just relaxing
