I signed up. They seem to be geared towards tech startups. It seems that their marketing is also geared towards attracting tech startup founders.
Most of those software-based simple businesses only make sense to start if you’re the developer, and usually if you’re working a job and want to launch some side project. They’re not investment worthy. Like I would never pay a developer $20K-$40K to build the Reflect app for example. It’s just not worth it, because the risks of it not working out are too high. The path to profit looks long and arduous, full of risk. I’d much rather take that money, for example, and put it into real estate, a stock portfolio, etc.
