I just finished the book Zero to Sold which is by far the best actionable entrepreneur book I've read for tech founders. While a lot of others focus on audience, market, sales, etc this one specifically had advice on how to build your tech stack and scale. Highly recommend it especially if you're just getting started.

If you want the TL;DR I provided a summary blog post on my medium:

By tech I assume that you mean software:

Go watch interviews on YouTube of Jason Cohen Nathan Berry talking about building their SaaS companies (each worth $100M+).

Check out threads by @eliquid and @Ravens_Shadow if you want to see some fastlane software entrepreneurs describe their journeys.

Also, you can check out my humble thread which focuses on speeding up deploying MVPs: https://www.thefastlaneforum.com/community/threads/how-to-start-a-data-as-a-service-company.99833/

Edit: I just got back from the gym so I'm out of it and I couldn't tell if this thread was a question or not.

It wasn't a question but a recommendation (Zero to Sold by Arvid Kahl), but I appreciate the tips nonetheless! Thanks @WillHurtDontCare
