Hello everyone, I'm Chisom by name. I'm currently 19 years old, early last year a couple of bad things happened to me, which basically affected me emotionally and psychologically, thanks to family support, some friends (people 10,20-30 years older than me), I passed through that phase, then started asking questions on what I want as a person, my dreams, where I want to be years from now, who I want to be[basically started discovering myself again].
This led me to start reading books...
I read lots of books last year, like I never did before then( books on finances, Mindset, sales and marketing, human psychology and behavior)...millionaire fast lane, think and grow rich, secrets of millionaire mind, Rich Dad poor Dad, e.tc
All these reading started making me see life from a new lens entirely and it was wonderful. I felt very powerful as a person.
Afterwards I started setting long-term goals for myself, what I wanted to achieve, the person I want to become, how much I'd want to have and the likes, fast forward to today,I'm still on the journey (fastlane road trip to wealth), I wouldn't say there haven't been challenges here and there, there certainly have been, but books, I've read and still reading have shaped my mindset to conquer, also investing in myself with online courses, programs, seminars has also been of great help in my journey.
As MJ DeMarco said in his book millionaire fastlane ; "wealth is a process, not an event"....and it's attracted to the person one is becoming or becomes. Which is why no matter, I must stick to the process and in due time, "I'd become what I've set as a goal to become"
