Hi Everyone,
We are trying to finding out how entrepreneurs manage their business life in combination with a healthy lifestyle and working out. What are the struggles sometimes to find balance between both ?

Hi Everyone,

The first question I'd ask is do you believe in balance? And also what do you personally define as a healthy lifestyle?

For me, the only thing I genuinely struggled with was breaking out of the expectations people put upon me.

"You have to take weekends off, you shouldn't work until this time, you need to include a cheat meal."

It's actually all bollocks. If fitness and success are the things you deeply desire then you're going to prioritise them because it's actually what you want to do.

This is just my fitness and success season of life, it doesn't seem like a challenge to me anymore because I know that it's just a season, once everything is built it'll be a lot easier to maintain.

Just meal prep, get a workout plan and block out your work days and be patient.

Hope you're doing well, Alessandro. Have you been struggling with anything yourself?

Hi Izaj !

I totally agree with what you are saying. If you prioritise the things that are hard in the begin but they will pay off in the future and you have a very clear goal where you want to go and have patience, the results will come for sure.

No i am nothing struggling i have a very clear schedule that i follow every day doing it already for 5 years , i was asking this question because i seen a lot of entrepreneurs struggling with balance between work and live a healthy lifestyle.

Thanks for your answer. Wish you the best !
