I've posted my website for sale on Flippa. My asking price has been answered with a monthly payment plan from a buyer. Little bit of a risk to take so I'm not sure on that. I also have 4 watchers. Can people that have bought businesses in the past tell me what they think of my Flippa page? Does it answer all the questions a potential buyer would want to know?

I assumed the link would stay the same when I switched it to auction but I guess not. Here is the new link:

Here are some questions I would ask.
  1. Why did your revenue drop by 80% in January as compared to December?
  2. It appears that 20% of your page views are from India. Does that traffic purchase anything? My guess is not.

$2k is extremely high for a site that has only generated revenue for 3 months and only has 500 unique visits. There are zero assets in place...i.e. organic backlinks, brand name recognition, proven paid traffic system, proprietary products etc. etc.

It's unproven. So you'll want to address all those objections thoroughly because other buyers will have the same issues.

This really isn't a business listing. It's more of a domain listing, so I would price it accordingly.

Serious buyers are going to want to see 2 years of income stats.

My recommendation: either grow it for 2 years or try to sell the domain, cheap.
