All your problems and excuses boil down to this one thing, you're simply not good enough. Its not that you have a thyroid issue or you have hard time building muscle, you just arent good enough. It's not the fact that the leads suck and your targeting the wrong area, you simply are not. good. enough.

I used to blame the world for my shitty outcomes thinking I was so great and everyone else and the world sucked. I was simply not good enough. This belief is incredibly empowering as it puts the ball back in your court. Are you willing to do the work and go through the pain and struggle in order to be good enough or not? If not thats ok. Maybe try something else. But you will no longer be blaming outside circumstances or other people. If your not getting the results you want you simply are not good enough or your not being patient. Thats it.
