Writting a book for a famouse entrepreneur/speaker/person

has anybody some experience in writting a book with/for a famouse entrepreneur/speaker/person? How did you approach the person? What type of deal this you do with this person? (what is best-practice?/fair?)

I thought I have read a thread about this "business model" on the fastlane forum, but cannot find it anymore...
