Which niche is better for lead gen ( getting really stuck)

Hey guys I have been really a trouble in niches thread. I couldn't understand the fact on which niche is better among the two:
Home security supplier or Tree services.
I had done my research in terms of higher payout, who responses fast and is adequate and on time which is the security suppliers but some of them do need customers and some dont. Tree services owners need customers for now as the winter season is around and there has been noone needing customers. Please do state your opinion on this and Thank you !!

1. Highest ticket price per the client they acquire.
2. Highest profit margin for their services (Income - Expense)
3. Highest number of clients coming in each month
4. One you are most knowledgeable in
5. One that you enjoy
