Which hard skill to learn nowadays?

Hi everybody,I'm from Italy and I read the millionaire fast line and I've seen all the videos of MJ DeMarco on YouTube, I understand that I have to do things step by step in life and as a matter of fact I just got a 9 to 5 job as my fundamental job to pay for my necessities and to save some money. I want to upgrade as soon as possibly by learning a skill and my question to all of you is, which hard skill do you guys suggest to learn nowadays that the market needs? I'm a 21 years old guy with a background on sales and marketing.

Genuinely curious. Why does the skill have to be hard?

Also, why not help people with the skills you already have in sales and marketing, and all your other skills?
