Hi all, firstly I hope those celebrating have a great Christmas & prosperous new year! Now this is a question from a noob with very little knowledge on business startups & execution but I have been working on a business idea which will be a app (possible subscription based) and simply wanted some tips from anyone who can help out with recommendations on app designers, important things to look out for, what not to do, do I go alone or bring in a partner, legalities etc.

I am not expecting for someone here to give every answer to my post, but literally any little advice will help me hugely as someone who wants to just go for it!!

Get user first and see if there is a need behind your app. You can use Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and many other platforms to get customers.

Try to build a small and quick MVP and put it live; the faster the better.

You can even sell the App before building it to see if people are interested in your solution.

Everything else comes after that.
Its a common meme that tech funders focus too much on the product and don't do any marketing.
