Where to Incorporate (Non-US Citizen)

I am from asia and looking to start an online business in health niche. I am seeking advice from fellow members on where to incorporate. I need to incorporate to get the business bank account and internet merchant account.

You are probably going to want a non-income tax state like Florida, Texas, or Nevada. You will also need a registered agent in that state and a tax guy.

What about sales tax and federal taxes? What are the benefits of incorporating in US vs offshore.

Is there any benefits/drawbacks for incorporating in some offshore countries like Belize etc.

Oh, I thought you were interested in incorporating in the US because of the non-US highlighting. If you want to incorporate outside the US, go for it. There are much better alternatives out there that don't charge you tax if your money is made outside their jurisdiction.

Unless you have a real need for US incorporation, we recommend offshore incorporation for all of our clients. Typically we recommend an offshore Seychelles or Nevis company. Banking options vary based on what currency you trade in and some other details.

Payment processing offshore is difficult, but there are options. Don't expect 2.5% discount rates with $10/m fees, but keep in mind you will most likely not be paying any corporate tax if done properly so the additional 2-5% on your discount rate is more than made up for in your tax savings and simplification of reporting requirements.
