Thanks a lot man, now I need to find how much income these business make. some dont have that on there, and how much do you spend a month on rent, utilities, etc. Any suggestions ?

If you are a serious buyer, call and ask to meet and go over their financials..

Right now I am browsing, but soon I will sure be serious. Have you bought any business's and got some good profits ? Did you sell them easily ?

No, But I have sold a few and I would not post my profits or costs on a website for the anyone to see.

Typed in Google "Business Broker Arizona" and found a bunch of companies that would probably get you in the right direction.

Usually you can email them your info and sign a nondisclosure via email. Then any business you want complete details on is emailed to you.

Happens very fast as in a day or two.

Thanks a lot man, I was talking to a local laundry owner who is pretty successful he has a laundry, lots of properties for rent, he told me he just opened his sun a smoke shop. His brothers own several gas stations, he was giving me quite a few tips as well on businesses and stuff like that.
