Where to find a Software/E-Commerce entrepreneur as a partner ?

I have a plan to develop the business on a domain that I have chosen however, I'm more the Hardware guy.
So I would like to find a partner which could do the software side business, any idea where to start searching?
He should be able to do Automation and SEO.

As for business it's already running but not in the Fastlane, so if anyone here/or knows someone who is a Developer/e-commerce manager interested in managing the special niche you can hit me up.

SEO is not a software developer job , unless you mean build SEO tools or tag to be ready for SEO specialist to use .
