For those that are in the startup world...
My partner and I are looking to find a place to work on our startup and and was hoping to get some ideas on where to work.
We're both currently employed full time and meet after work. Sometimes we just meet at one of our offices when nobody else is around and other times we meet at our houses but we're finding the need to find another place to work. It seems like there are more people at our respective offices after hours and it just doesn't seem like we can get real work done at our homes since we both currently have roommates.
With that being said, do any of you have other ideas of places we could be working?
I don't think starbucks or something like that would really be conducive to the work that we're trying to do now (marketing plans, bug testing, financial analysis, etc). We've tried meeting in hotel lobbies which is cool, but I still don't think it's the right place to meet on a regular basis.
I'm considering renting out some office space but I'd prefer avoid monthly rent+utilities on an office that will only be used for a couple of hours/day a few days a week...
If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them!
Thanks
