I am looking for people those who need a blog but don't know where to start and think it requires learning HTML, CSS etc. so they give up on the idea of owning a real blog. I can teach anyone to build a blog step by step in just a couple of hours.

My question is where and how do I find the people who would be interested in my services?

Where should I advertise?

Any advice would be helpful!
