My name is Kevin from Calgary Canada, I am the Founder of Warrior Leadership. We help Young Entrepreneurs Build Skills to Lead!

One of our current projects is helping Influencers Build Sales Teams and that's been looking really cool...
We're helping an Influencer build a Sales Team for her Digitial Marketing company and the progress has been awesome..
Here's what I'm learning as we take action on our Mission.
- There is power in having a team
- Recruit and find top talent, to do that, go through the terrible talent and more.. It's law of averages
- The power of follow up is CRUCIAL, follow up on every opportunity
- Creating culture is everything for a sales team, right now we are working on ways to create a WINNING culture even though everyone is in different countries!
- Commitment to a Mission and Vision will take you long ways, while many entrepreneurs jump ship and different ideas constantly.. You must find one and commit to it and burn all your ships.
