What would you do?

So I have a niche idea for a website but I can't decide about doing it in English or Dutch.
In English the niche is a bit satured, but if I would do it in dutch I would be market leader in no time because there is no competition.

But the problem is.... There are only 23 million people that speak Dutch and 1000x more people that speak English so the growth potential is much smaller :/

I would perfect my craft in Dutch. Then decide if English was worth while or not.
