I'm currently working an 8-5 job that pays decent, but i work 5 days a week and only get weekends off.. The other job I could get would give me 200+ a month more, plus commission on some stuff also. The other job is only working 4 days a week, 10 hours a day, but it also has a lot of down time.
The issue mostly is the other job would be simple and I wouldn't be learning much, though i'd be getting paid more. At the current IT job that I'm at now, I'm constantly learning...
I don't know how to decide if I want the free time + more pay with minimal learning, or keep the little bit less pay, and not as much free time...
Any suggestions and opinions would greatly be appreciated. I'm obviously saving as much as I can and trying to get on the fast lane so eventually I'm not going to have either but for the time being I'm not sure what to decide... Especially if I'm wanting to move within 4 months from now..
