What the hell is "consulting"?

Consulting is my favorite, even more so than accounting.

People pay me lots of money to give them advice, using knowledge that other people have already paid me to acquire. Win win.

So, as a consultant, what I'm offering is perspective and experience.

yes it seems to me consulting is offering a new point of view

a new angle to look at things

otherwise, why would clients call conultants for advices in the first place ?

consulting is looking at things in a strategic way

What is the purpose? And when should we question everything? In fact, who is everything? Where is everything?

So many questions, so little answers.
