I have a question, what are the problems you face when finding people to work with. for example, let's say Joe is a game developer, he needs a musician to add professional sound effects to his games, he is broke and doesn't have money to find that person on linked in, fiverr or anywhere, plus he wants to make a real team which believes in the business idea and upon agreement he can give equity of his business to that person or any deal.
But my question is pretty simple I think, how do you network, apart from linked in, fiverr, freelance websites.... How do you find people with different capabilities who want to work with you? How do you network and what are the main problems you face during that. I face a lot, what are yours and how do you cope with them?
