What do you guys think of my first app?

I was new to app development and decided to try it out before making something that will require a lot more time and money. I need some advice about advertising it?

So far had 4,800 downloads what should I do to advertise my app more? I am making an android version of it in next few days should be done.. Any tips from anyone who had successful apps here?

I am not a tech person at all, so sorry if I am not up with the lingo...although in many ways my ignorance might make me an ideal tester Downloaded the app to my phone. It looks great; very clean and simple. As OP have said, you can't see the thumbnails very well until you have clicked to create the picture. I found the processing time SLOW. My wi-fi is playing up at the mo, but I'm on 4G here so that was a bit disappointing.
Other comments - 1. My eye was immediately drawn to "SUBMIT" at the top of the page, which I was trying to click...but first you have to choose the effect. (OK maybe that's kind of obvious - but not to an idiot like me, so some kind of prompt would be nice). 2. The other issue with the thumbnails - you can't really see what you would get if you upgraded. I know it's only 0.99 to upgrade but it would be nice to see what I'm getting. What's premium about the extra 20 filters?

Personally, I don't really buy these kind of apps. They are wants rather than needs (most of mine are informational apps or comms/social media etc). That said, it's keenly priced and I'm sure there are folks out there into cool stuff who will buy it. Good luck!
