1. Look at successful B2B SAAS companies and look at the bad or average reviews. Copy the SAAS and fix the problems. These are my value skews.
2. Create a landing page listing all of the details of the software and asking businesses for a donation. In return, they will get 50 percent off the software for the first year.
3. I am not a developer. To learn to become one and be proficient would take years. So I am going to use the money to hire a good developer.
A few questions:
1. Do I have the developer make an MVP or build out the whole thing?
2. Can I raise enough money for the entire development? I don't know how much it would cost. Would asking businesses for a 1k donation be fair?
3. Are there any books that describe preselling in more detail?
I want to copy a SAAS that let's businesses collect peoples information when they visit their website. Regardless of them giving their own info, it still collects it. So basically it gives them potential leads. This already exists so I'm pretty sure it's legal.
