I just read this article by Sequoia Capital. It's about a framework on how to determine the product market fit (PMF). Rather than diagnosing whether there is a product-market fit, this framework outlines three distinct archetypes of PMF to help you understand your product’s place in the market and determine how your company should operate.

The Arc PMF framework

What do you guys think?

My main project is probably in the “Hard fact: it is what it is” category.

This framework got me think about the greatest barrier or risk: That my future customer is not looking for a better solution even thou it would save them tons of time and money.

In order to test the market-fit, I am developing an MVP that will address a couple of biggest pain points. then I have a small population of customers that I can reach directly and educate. If the value that I am providing is good, these initial customers can easily help me scale. Then I can additional features that will establish a brand new market.
