The Past Week
Finished my Spring Exams, went really well. Actually enjoyed one of the two papers.
I've also broken a bunch of bad habits and created good habits over Christmas.
- I'm no longer lying about in the mornings, I get up immediately.
- Stopped picking my fingers when I'm in deep thought.
- Stopped death scrolling. I paid for a phone system overhaul app. Best £25 I've spent in a while, its already made its money back.
- Began brushing my teeth twice a day. (+floss)
- Replaced video games with chess. Nice to pick up a more productive hobby.
- Started journalling daily
- Taking vitamins.
Its all small, but they add up.
Looking Ahead...
- ChemStencil V1 has been produced and I got it in physical format. Going to make adjustments accordingly and get a v2 design made by the end of this week.
- Plan an event for a society of mine.
That's really it. Baby Steps.
