So I have a great website, I hired a contractor from elance and he built it for me in Wordpress. I've promoted it and now it's on the first page of google under the applicable search terms.
There's only one problem - the fullscreen background picture doesn't always load properly. In those episodes (when it doesn't load) it's just a black background with no picture. I told the web designer about the problem and he reduced the size of the photo file, but that hasn't solved the problem. He doesn't know what else could be causing the problem.
Does anyone have ideas on what the problem could be, or alternatively, where I could seek further advice?
