Website monetization for a website with 1200 unique visitors/day

I hope everyone's doing well! I hope I am posting in the right section of the forum. If I am not, please let me know and I'll repost in the appropriate section.

I just wanted to ask your opinion on my current venture, so let's get straight to the facts:

Figures

- My business partner and I have this seduction website we've built about 5 months ago ((it is aimed at a non-English speaking Western European market ). We now rank first on google for a specific 12k exact query in the seduction niche, and have lots of traffic coming from the long tail as well. All in all, we have 1200 unique visitors/day on average.

- We buy our 500 words articles from freelance writers on Odesk. I'm not going to lie: while the quality isn't terrible, the articles don't have incredible value to readers.

-We have about 500 subscribers on our newsletter, and since a recent tweak we've done with our pop-up and forms, we get about 30 new subscribers/day.

- We don't have that many Facebook fans. Around 120. Mostly teenagers

Monetization

- We used to have adsense on our website, which barely made over 2$/day. We've recently been banned from it for some external reasons (another website we have). We'll probably manage to get it back in a few weeks.

- We're also trying to sell seduction books we're affiliated with, but only have sold 3 in a month. That said, we've recently started to insert text boxes in our most read articles, in which we recommend some of these books. This resulted in two sales in the past week.

- We've had a banner for a famous dating website at the bottom of every page. It's been there for about a week now. It is CPL and we haven't made much from it so far.


Observations

- From what we're seeing, a lot of our facebook fans and subscribers are pretty young. I'd say mostly teenagers. It isn't surprising as our content is, as I previously said, of pretty low quality and would really only appeal to younger people.

- We are very likely to rank even better for some other keywords as we've obtained high quality links in the past few days.

-So far, our newsletter is only announcing new articles.

What we are planning on doing

- Get quality content to get more readers who are not teenagers and thus more likely to buy our affiliate products.
- Start a weekly newsletter with quality and original content, where we'll also try to sell some of our products.
- Try to get affiliated with seduction coaches.

I'm eager to hear your suggestions about what we could do to optimize the monetization part.

EDIT after Bigguns50's reply: In terms of how to make money from teens, I was maybe thinking of e-gaming websites. Like one of these ads which turns your mouse cursor into a target or a gun when you scroll over them. I don't know much about those actually. Are they CPC?
