Webshop theme that sells

Hi all! I am working on a new project (finally acted instead of planning after reading the Fastlane book - thanks MJ!). It is an online e-commerce store that is going to offer clothing to young adults.

- Targeting both male and female
- Age: 18-30
- All kinds of clothing garments
- Good brands (professional appearance a must!)

I have found some beautiful themes, but I am not sure if they are optimized on selling. I mean, a lot of the best-selling websites out there have designs that are way more effective than good-looking. Let's take ebay as an example.

Compared to Zappos, a giant in the industry, these designs look a bit too big and "uncondensed". Zappos seems to focus more on text and easy navigation instead of huge beautiful product presentations.

I dont expect you to do the job for me, but if you could look at the designs I am considering above and give me a few pointers, I would be very grateful!
