Want to turn an idea into a 10k/m business

I've recently taken an interest in T-shirt designing...

So I've made a couple designs on Print on demand sites, got the hang of it & really took a liking to it.

So from there I outlined everything I would need to do, such as get an account with wholesale blank Tee vendors, Find all the screen printers in my area or buy a press myself, Make a bout 100+ designs, put up a site, market it etc

I even searched the traffic information for a lot of comparable designers, the most traffic I saw was 350K unique visitors a day but the average was about 100-150k

so I have a decent grip on what has to happen logistically for this to go down.

do you guys have any advice on how to really make this idea take off?
