I came accros this video on youtube and I think it will help people who are struggling with video games addiction
He is an old games addict that became psychiatrist and his explanations are really useful
He center his analysis around the differences between dopamine and serotonine, and development of the brain's areas, + he give hack solutions
EDIT: in fact a lot of his reflexion can be apply to business and his channel contain very interesting ressources, I just saw one about overthinking that is very uplifting
