Viable to cold call in this situation

Hi,

Quick question, is it viable to do cold call acquistion (or questiont the target market) whilest having a full time job on the side? I can think of the following options to make it work, but would like some feedback or other ideas :)
  1. Call after business hours
  2. Call in the weekend
  3. Start earlier and call the last 30 minutes, hour of the day
  4. Call business in a different time zone
