I'm curious if any of you have used an inheritance, or some other windfall, to move into the Fastlane? "Fastlane" in this context is investing in something that yields enough return to exit the rat race.
If you stood to receive a couple hundred thousand dollars, what would be your first move (realizing this move may be different based on age, life experiences, talents, etc.)? I struggle with wanting to dabble in real estate, start/buy a business, invest, a little of all of the above, etc.
