Hello,

As the journey and process to fastlane success continues and while I am working on "business systems", I was lucky enough to come into an inheritance. Instead of this money sitting and doing nothing or gaining minimal interest as well all know I'd like to explore options.

In the both books it's mentioned that if your not interesting in being a "landlord" on the traditional sense then you can look at REITS, royalty payments etc. If I wanted to go that route does anyone have solid advice when researching? I've come across some corwdfunding real estate companies but it is a challenge to find people who have actually used them to get feedback.

I'm also not opposed to investing in an existing business but unsure where to even look for that.

Thanks for the feedback and advice.
