well first off ill start with putting this in here:

its old but says sometimes rewriting URLS is bad.
My question is how would something like this work?
xyz.com/search/toys
xyz.com/search/cars
now considering these are rewrites that means xyz.com/search will be an invalid page right?.... and does that mean that both
xyz.com/search/toys
xyz.com/search/cars
will be considered duplicated because their off of /search which is not a real directory? Will they look like duplicates to google and wont both be indexed? Sorry if im not making much sense im new to this.
also if i have a page like:
xyz.com/toys will there be any conflict or confusion to google with the one below.
xyz.com/search/toys
xyz.com/toys being static page and
xyz.com/search/toys being dynamic but this page having nothing to do with xyz.com/toys
