Twitter firestorm!

Good morning Fastlaners!
I recently launched my new site, Tenant Review | Find Good Tenants | Home and then opened social accounts on the various platforms.
Twitter has been particularly interesting as i've found myself in a pile on from a group of militant socialist sidewalkers
(there's nothing social about these people, I assure you).
From what I can piece together from their random, barely coherent ramblings, they're upset because my site supports landlords and, in their opinion,
landlords are scum sucking leeches who should give them free rent and then jump off a tall building.
I've heard of (and seen) the entitlement mentality in action before, but nowhere near this level.
Some of them have even gone as far as to pull content off of THIS forum to tweet at me.
I've never been told to kill myself so many times in such a short space of time. It's very flattering,
but i'll try to not let it go to my head. lol.
Anyone ever experienced anything like this before?

The more exposure you get, the more the haters, I've experienced it on Youtube; not at the begining but once I reached few hundreds of followers they started to appear.
As you said those are just sidewalkers and they don't have any project so they want you to fail as they have failed themselves in life!
Don't bother reading those posts and get more constructive work done !

The more exposure you get, the more the haters, I've experienced it on Youtube; not at the begining but once I reached few hundreds of followers they started to appear.

Any time I get hated on I always think of Jeff Gordon (even though I am not a fan). When he won a winged sprintcar race in Indiana (a few years before he made it to Nascar) while on the front stretch accepting his trophy, he was getting a lot of people booing him. His mom was in disbelief and upset. He told his mom, haven't you ever heard when Steve Kinser (King of sprintcar racing) wins and all the people booing him.... she said, "Yes". He told her.... "Mom, I've made it".

That's kind of humorous to us race fans because he couldn't see the future. He just knew that he had 'made it' in the local dirt world. He didn't have a clue he would be a world wide star in Nascar!

You probably won't hear that story anywhere else but I used to know him until he turned in to a penis.

Your customers are landlords. Use this as a hint to be producing content for landlords. The people hating on you are assclown losers.

My marketing strategy would be to troll them back and hope it goes viral amongst landlords.

Triple down on pissing them off and laugh your way to the bank.

take every property owned by landlords and decommodify housing, because making a profit off providing housing is parasitic and immoral

Expropriate capitalists' and landlords' property and hand it over to democratically-run workers' councils to be collectively managed for the common good.

We should get rid of banks, too

They have taken untold millions that they never toiled to earn

What right do you have to sit on a property and charge us rent? You landlords think you're entitled to everything without having to lift a finger.

Your houses should be free and one day the people will take them from you.

You profit off of an essential human right. You contribute nothing to society and subsist on stolen wages. The role of landlord has been unethical since its inception.

I was thinking about that.
My site traffic has had a huge spike since this started. I should put ads all over the site, then double down on pissing them off, and watch the money roll in. lol

This is very lucky.
Use the hate screed for marketing. Look at this as a voting contest.
You never want 100% happy followers, you need the conflict and dislikes.
Embrace the haters. Be openly grateful to them for helping your marketing by (you hope) achieving a 50/50 balance between haters and supporters.
Tell them, "Thanks for the trolling, this is giving me thousands of dollars in free publicity!"
Write an "open letter" refusing business from any freeloaders.
Enjoy what you write on the property investor's pages. How about something like, "Would you share a jail cell with this tenant?"
Be outrageously unharmed, then continue to post votes for and against your content somewhere to show you winning.
