Dear FL Forum,

I am trying to bring an instant coffee company to scale. We have way too much supply, and not enough sales.

We are already aiming to get distributors, but it would honestly help if we had salesmen working within their radius. We are outsourcing our outbound calls, and I do not feel entirely comfortable with this.

We need some dedicated people to represent the brand and directly manage customer relationships.

I don't know how an unknown company can get this kind of talent.

If anyone has any tips or would like to link up, please do not hesitate!
